TJ takes a consultative approach with his clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning that includes investment management, trust and estate planning, business succession strategies, and private banking solutions. His thoughtful approach is rooted in a deep understanding of each client’s goals, allowing him to craft tailored strategies that support both their present needs and long-term aspirations.

Growing up in a small family business, TJ developed a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to help families secure their financial futures for generations to come. Before joining Gryphon, TJ spent 12 years as a Private Wealth Advisor Consultant, where he was recognized as a top advisor within the firm. He was selected to participate in the firm’s Top Advisor Summit and earned its highest honor—the Legends of Possible award—for exceptional performance and client impact.

TJ holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilmington College, where he was a collegiate wrestler.
He remains actively involved in his community through volunteer coaching and board work. He is a member of the T1D Warriors and the Warren County Agricultural Society, and he coaches youth football in the Little Warriors Youth Football League. He is also a former youth wrestling coach.

TJ lives in Lebanon, Ohio with his wife of 20 years, Julie, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his family and spending time outdoors. For the past twelve years, he has owned a CrossFit gym, where he enjoys coaching the early morning classes. Fitness plays an important role in his family’s lifestyle, and he and his wife strive to instill those same values in their children.
