Renae is also the owner of an online Health and Fitness coaching company, focusing on creating strong mind-body connections for true lifestyle transformations. Renae lives in Commercial Point with her boy-girl twins and husband. She enjoys strength training, spending time outdoors, trying new things, creating community, and spending time with family and friends.
