Traci Nickels

Traci utilizes her extensive experience to support Gryphon’s compliance, operations, and internal processes. She works closely with advisors and leadership on the implementation of the firm’s compliance policies and procedures, while also assisting with human resources, financial reporting coordination, and operational oversight. With a strong focus on refining internal workflows, Traci helps ensure Gryphon’s systems support both regulatory requirements and a high level of client service.

Traci earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University. She lives in Gahanna, Ohio with her son and enjoys traveling and spending time with her extended family and friends.
